The journey to scale the cashew industry while ensuring profitability and sustainability for small farmers is a challenging one. Climate change, unsustainable farming practices, and fragmented value chains have posed hurdles. However, under the leadership of Mr. Dhananjay Yadav, KPSSM Cashew Factory was established to bridge these gaps and build an integrated value chain from farm to consumer.
Our 100+ acres of kaju farms form the backbone of our operations, supporting over 500 farmers. By owning and managing this integrated cashew processing system, we aim to create a scalable, profitable agri-enterprise that supports farmers, reduces post-harvest losses, and delivers the finest cashews to global markets.
